This is an extreme camping event. An alkaline sand desert with no life. No bugs, no birds, no plants. You need to take everything you need with you, while there, and take it all back with you. Shelter, food, water, etc. No money is exchanged. Trade, Barter and Gifting are your commerce.
There are advantages going with a group as a Camp. If you are nice, polite, very open minded, very self reliant and don't whine this event and our Camp maybe for you. Here is a link of DFW folks planning on transportation, possible Airport pickups, and sharing in the function of a Camp.

Help build giant tents, erect solar showers and lights, huddle together when the wind blows 60mph at 115 degrees and at 45. But no humidity and there is always a slight breeze. Even the bad is good there.
